配送のご依頼を受けてから、および、入金確認後3営業日以内に発送いたします。

Domestic (Within Japan)

You can expect to receive your purchases in 3-5 working days after your order has been accepted.  After we have done delivering, we will record tracking number in the system, which will forward to your email. You can track the parcel on Japan Post website as follows ; Japan Post Co., Ltd. and Sagawa Express website as follows; Track a package (sagawa-exp.co.jp)

International Shipping(Outside Japan)

We ship by Japan Post through Air Mail. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel, which will calculate automatically after you have selected the country of shipment. After we have done delivering, we will record tracking number in the system, which will forward to your email. You can track the parcel on Japan Post website as follows ; Japan Post Co., Ltd.

The parcel will deliver through Narita Airport (Japan’s airport) to your country’s airport. It will then deliver to your district postal office and ship to your address. It will normally arrive around 14 working days, counting for Monday to Friday. If the shipment delays, we can request for parcel inspection after 14 days from the date of departure.

* Remark : We are not responsible for any delay shipment if it is not at our own cause.

We can ship all items to all of Thailand (including remote islands such as Phuket).
We will ship by Flash Express. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense and depend on the delivery address.If you want to know the detailed shipping costs, please feel free to contact us before ordering.
Shipping costs: Bangkok 60B, Chiang Mai 75B, Sri Racha 80B, Phuket 85B.
